Peoria PD seeks your help in locating a missing elderly man. 79 yr old Alfred Carlson went missing around 7pm from Immanuel Care Manor, 11331 N 99th Av.
Last seen wearing a blue hat, blue checkered shirt. Glasses, white sneakers. Alfred has dementia and type 2 diabetes, prone to falls.
