Detectives are Asking for the Public’s Help Finding a Dangerous Shooting Suspect 
Indianapolis – Detectives are looking for 27-year-old Troy Belk of Indianapolis who is wanted in connection to a shooting that injured two men on July 10, 2013 in the 700 blk. of N. Chester Av. Detectives have obtained an arrest warrant formally chagrining Mr. Belk with the following criminal charges: Aggravated Battery (B Felony), Battery (C Felony), Robbery (A Felony), Criminal Confinement (B and D Felony) and Intimidation (D Felony).
Detectives believe that on July 10, 2013 Mr. Belk shot and injured 40-year-old Sylvester Kenny and 42-year-old Michael Spann both of Indianapolis during a robbery. Both victims survived their injuries. Mr. Belk is described as B/M/5 foot 9 inches tall, weighing approximately 215 pounds, with black hair. Detectives believe that Mr. Belk frequents The Meadows Apartments and various motels on the east side of town.
Mr. Belk should be considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached by anyone but the police. Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Mr. Belk is asked to call 9-1-1 or contact Detective G.
