This evening, law enforcement officials from the Athens-Clarke County Police Department and the Georgia Bureau of Investigations secured arrest warrants for Telvin Fleming, 20, of Athens. Fleming was taken into custody at ACCPD Headquarters on Lexington Road without incident. Fleming is charged with felony murder and aggravated assault in connection with the May 30 shooting death of Jordorian Randolph, of Athens.
