Delaware Street will close from Independence Avenue to 5th Street for 36 hours, starting at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, September 3. The closure will last until Thursday, September 4 at 7 p.m. Crews will work around the clock to complete this work quickly, and sidewalks and businesses will be open.
