South Bay Rapid Update and SR 125 Closure Thursday Night 
Construction continues to progress for the South Bay Rapid project in Chula Vista. Periodic lane closures are scheduled on East Palomar Street between Santa Flora and Heritage Roads. At least one lane will remain open in each direction at all times. Some noise and dust is possible along East Palomar Street and near the Otay Ranch Town Center.
On Thursday, May 25, Northbound SR 125 will be closed between Birch Road and Olympic Parkway. The closure will occur from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Motorists are advised to use an alternate route.
