THOMAS FIRE: NEW EVACUATION AREAS 
Strong Winds Fuel New Burn Areas
The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office issued new mandatory evacuation orders for:
• North of Highway 192 to East Camino Cielo between Highway 150 and Mission Canyon Road.
Voluntary evacuation warnings* include:
• South of Highway 192 to East Camino Cielo between Mission Canyon and Highway 154.
*Residents in voluntary evacuation warning areas need to be prepared to leave in a moment’s notice.
An evacuation shelter has been established at the UCSB Recreational Center, 516 Ocean Road, Santa Barbara, 93106.
Animal evacuation centers are available for residents in evacuation zones. Earl Warren Showgrounds is at capacity. Please contact the Animal Services hotline at (805) 681-4332 to coordinate the sheltering and care of large and small animals.
Emergency Alert System: It is critical that people in Santa Barbara County register to receive emergency alerts. Sign up at www.AwareAndPrepare.org. If we can’t reach you, we can’t alert you.
