During the search warrant service, deputies and SWAT personnel found Frank O'Sullivan (54 years-old) inside the residence. A silver-colored simulated firearm, mask, and clothing worn during the robbery were located near O'Sullivan when he was arrested. Eight bottles of alcohol taken during the robbery were also recovered. O'Sullivan was arrested and booked into the Central Receiving Facility on numerous criminal charges.

On February 19, 2018, just after 10:20 p.m., Kern County Sheriff's Office Deputies were dispatched to an armed robbery at the Albertsons in Rosamond. A masked male suspect pointed a handgun at a clerk and demanded money and alcohol. The suspect then left the store and fled in a two-tone blue/gray GMC pickup truck with a "wolf" sticker on the back window. At about 2:00 a.m., deputies located a pickup truck matching this description in the 1500 block of Franklin Avenue in Rosamond. Deputies attempted to call the suspect out via Public Address (PA) announcements, but there was no response. A perimeter was established around the residence and a SWAT callout was initiaited. The KCSO Public Information Officer is on scene and will provide more updates as the incident progresses.
