COMMUNITY MESSAGE:
INDIANAPOLIS – Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Homicide detectives have arrested Darrin Banks (27) and Brian Palmer (29), for their alleged involvement in the shooting death of Malaysia Robson (1) and shooting of Ana Fox (19) on 03/29/2018.
Banks and Palmer face preliminary charges of Murder and Aggravated Assault.
The Marion County Prosecutor’s Office will review the case and make a final charging decision. A detailed probable cause affidavit will be available after formal charges.
The IMPD is grateful for the community’s patience and assistance in this case.
A charge of a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. Note: The attached booking photos, from unrelated arrests, are those of the suspects in order, Darrin Banks and Brian Palmer.
