INDIANAPOLIS – The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD), Chief Bryan Roach, Mayor Joe Hogsett, and the IMPD Civilian Merit Board are pleased to announce the merit promotions of six officers and one appointed rank. These officers are excited to join the ranks of supervision.
Today, Chief Roach promoted these officers into their newly appointed ranks. Each of the promoted officers are graduates of the IMPD Leadership Academy.
Chief Roach states “The promotions today help to strengthen the leadership within our department and pave the path for our future. These new appointees bring their experience and knowledge with them. These officers represent new ideas and fresh perspectives. We look forward to the success of these leaders in their newly appointed ranks.”
