Paulding County Sheriff’s Office presents:
2nd Annual Crime and Safety Awareness Day

(Paulding County, GA) The Paulding County Sheriff’s Office is gearing up to host the 2nd Annual Crime and Safety Awareness Day on September 19, 2009. The event will be sponsored by Wal-Mart and held in the parking lot of their Dallas store located at 3615 Marietta Hwy Dallas, GA 30157. The hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We invite everyone out for a day of fun and excitement for the entire family.

The following agencies are expected to be in attendance this year:
• Paulding County Sheriff’s Office
• Paulding County Fire Department
• Paulding County Marshall’s Office
• Georgia State Patrol
• Rescue Air One
• Clark Ambulance
• National Guard

You can expect to meet and greet members of Law Enforcement, Fire, Rescue, EMTs, and much more. The Paulding County Sheriff’s Office Highway Enforcement of Aggressive Traffic (H.E.A.T.) unit will be conducting FREE inspections of your child’s safety seat, and you may also have your child fingerprinted. You can expect to see demonstrations as well as learn about Neighborhood Watch, Home Security, and Cyber safety. You will also learn about fire safety, 9-1-1, Crime Scene Investigations (CSI), SWAT, K-9, and much more.

Midwest Gold Exchange, LLC will be on hand as part of a “Cash for Gold” fundraiser. This is your chance to turn your unwanted Gold and Silver into CASH! The proceeds will benefit the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office Relief Fund
