INCIDENT: HIT AND RUN FATAL TRAFFIC COLLISION

On March 29, 2019 at 8:33 PM, Pomona Police responded to an injury traffic collision involving a pedestrian at Holt Ave and Caswell St. When Officers arrived, they located a severely injured female in the middle of the roadway. The Los Angeles County Fire Department pronounced her deceased at the scene.
Witnesses said a dark colored, newer, Dodge Charger struck the female as she was crossing the street. The suspect driver did not remain at the scene. The suspect vehicle was last seen fleeing the scene south on Palm St.
