VICTIM: Confidential - female juvenile
SUMMARY:
On Thursday, April 5, 2019, at about 6:14 P.M., deputies assigned to the Highland Police Department were dispatched to a residence on the 25000 block of Vine St. in reference to a sexual assault of a minor by a male suspect. When deputies arrived, multiple family members at the residence were engaged in a heated argument.
Investigators conducted an investigation and identified Luis Cedeno as the suspect. At the conclusion of the investigation, Cedeno was arrested for PC 289(A)(1), penetration with a foreign object. He was booked into the West Valley Detention Center with bail set at $100,000.00. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Superior Court in San Bernardino on April 8, 2019.
Investigators are releasing Cedeno’s booking photograph because they developed information that leads them to believe there are other sexual assault victims that have not been identified.
