FIRE WEATHER WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT, OCTOBER 9 THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING, OCTOBER 11 FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR THE COASTS AND VALLEYS OF LOS ANGELES AND VENTURA COUNTIES...

The National Weather Service in Los Angeles/Oxnard has issued a
Fire Weather Watch for wind and low relative humidity, which is
in effect from late Wednesday night through Friday evening.
* Winds...Northeast 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 55 mph.
* Relative Humidity...Minimum 5 to 10 percent.
* Impacts...If fire ignition occurs, conditions may be favorable
for extreme fire behavior which would threaten life and property.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Fire Weather Watch means that critical fire weather conditions
are forecast to occur. Listen for later forecasts and possible
Red Flag Warnings.
