The South Brunswick Office of Emergency Management is coordinating with South Brunswick Social Services to address the needs of Township residents during these difficult times. There will be a food drive on Friday to help fill the food pantry shelves.
FOOD DONATIONS
South Brunswick Social Services Food Pantry is working in conjunction with the South Brunswick Office of Emergency Management to get food to residents who are in need and unable to get to the food stores. Donations of food can be dropped off at police headquarters this Friday, March 20, 2020 between 9am and 5pm. Gift cards to Stop and Shop and Shop Rite would be greatly appreciated so we can purchase items we do not have in stock.

• Soups- canned or dried
• Beans- Canned or dry
• Pasta
• Pasta sauce
• Canned vegetables
• Canned meats- tuna, chicken, SPAM
• Canned pasta
• Cereal/Oatmeal
• Peanut Butter
• Jelly
• Shelf stable milk
• Rice
• Canned tomatoes
• Boxed or canned potatoes
• Macaroni and cheese

FOOD STORE STATUS -
All food stores in the Township are open with adequate supplies. Here are some of the stores:
Starting Thursday, all Stop & Shop grocery stores will offer special grocery store hours for those ages 60 and older, from 6:00 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. daily. This will be in effect for all Stop & Shop stores nationwide. Our store is located at 24 Summerfield Boulevard, Dayton; phone 732-329-0398.
