NOTICE OF SPECIAL TELECONFERENCE MEETING OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF HACKETTSTOWN ON APRIL 23.

Please be advised that a special teleconference meeting of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Hackettstown will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2020 at 6:00pm.

While this is a teleconference meeting of the Governing Body, the public will be able to hear and participate and provide public comments during said meeting.

-Motion to approve the minutes of the February 27, 2020 regular session.
-Resolution, self-examination of the 2020 municipal budget.
-Motion to introduce the 2020 municipal budget.
-Resolution to extend the 2020 temporary municipal budget.
-Discussion and possible resolution, 2nd quarter tax bill payments due May 1st.
-Resolution, estimated tax bills for the third quarter 2020.
-Introduction, Ordinance 2020-04, amendments to the salary ordinance.
-Introduction, Ordinance 2020-05, appropriating $388,300 for funding Capital Improvements.
-Resolution, allowing the Storm Recovery Trust fund to be utilized for any expenses relating to the coronavirus outbreak in accordance with the Governors Executive Order #103.
-Resolution, tax overpayment refund to Block 41.04, Lot 45, $ 1,897.94.
-Motion to approve check registers #2020-04, 2020-05 and 2020-06.
-Motion to approve Maser Engineering contract for COAH service, with costs to be charged to the COAH Trust fund.
