Napa County’s Expanded Stage 2 Variance Form has been approved by the State of California. Businesses that meet the State of California’s Stage 2 criteria can now open with appropriate modifications. Eligible businesses include: childcare, office businesses when telework is not possible, residential cleaning and maintenance services, outdoor museums, retail stores, dine-in restaurants and schools.
