Deputies arrest five suspects for possession of burglary tools and resisting or obstructing an officer

LOCATION: 12505 North Main Street, Rancho Cucamonga
SUSPECT: Kedesh Avinger, 21 years old of Rialto
Duwone Jackson, 26 years old of Mira Loma
Brandon Hernandez, 20 years old of Pomona
Arthur Coria, 20 years old of Pomona
Thomas Hosey, 28 years old of Moreno Valley
Summary:
On Monday, June 1, 2020, deputies from the Rancho Cucamonga Sheriff’s Station received information reference potential looting at Victoria Gardens. Deputies saturated the area to ensure the safety of the citizens and businesses. Deputies conducted multiple traffic stops on or near mall property and located hammers, sledgehammers, picks and pry tools inside of various vehicles. Deputies arrested a total of eight suspects; four males for PC 466 – Possession of Burglary Tools and one male for PC 148 (A) (1), Resist or Obstruct an officer. The five male suspects were booked at the West Valley Detention Center. Deputies arrested the three juveniles for PC 466 – Possession of Burglary Tools. The juveniles received citations and were released to their parents.
Because of the deputies’ efforts, no businesses were damaged or vandalized throughout the night.
