EDISON MAYOR LANKEY ANNOUNCES

RESCHEDULED DATES FOR SPRING CLEAN-UP

EDISON – Edison Township Mayor Thomas Lankey today announced that the annual Spring Clean-up has been rescheduled to the following dates:

If your Regular Recycle Day is: Your Clean-up will be: Recycle Sections:

Monday Saturday, July 11th 1 & 6

Tuesday Saturday, July 18th  2 & 7

Wednesday Saturday, July 25th  3 & 8

Thursday Saturday, August 1st  4 & 9

Friday Saturday, August 8th  5 & 10

Remember: Collections begin at 6:00 A.M. Please make arrangements for your material to be curbside before 6:00 A.M., and no sooner than 48 hours prior to your Clean-Up date.

Acceptable Items: Furniture: Sofas, chairs, tables, (box spring/mattresses - wrapped & sealed in plastic) • Interior/Exterior Doors • Vinyl/Metal Window Frames: Maximum 2 (no glass). • Fixtures: Toilets, Tanks, (Tanks must be separated from toilets) and Tubs. Limit one each. • Carpets: Limited to 10 rolls not to exceed 5 feet in length or 50 pounds in weight.

Unacceptable Items: Branches • Pallets • Washers, Dryers • Hot Water Heaters • Metals (e.g. lawn mowers, bikes) • Electronics (e.g. TVs, computers) • CONSTRUCTION/HOME IMPROVEMENT MATERIALS
