INCIDENT: H&S 11378 Possession of Narcotics for Sale
PC 29800(a)(1) Felon in Possession of a firearm
PC 135 Destruction of Evidence

LOCATION: 900 block of Coronado St, Needles, CA

SUSPECT(S): Evelyn Davis, 44 year old female resident of Needles, CA
Rick Ciaccia, 42 year old male resident of Needles, CA

SUMMARY: On Friday, November 20, 2020, at approximately 9:45 a.m., deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, Colorado River Station/Needles Police, served a search warrant at a residence in the 900 block of Coronado St., Needles, CA. During the investigation, deputies located illicit narcotics, evidence of the sales of narcotics and a loaded firearm were recovered from inside the residence. Deputies found articles of evidence which had been attempted to be destroyed . Evelyn Davis and Rick Ciaccia were detained and had prior felony convictions and are prohibited from possessing firearms.

Rick Ciaccia was arrested for PC 29800(a)(1) Felon in Possession of a Firearm and booked into the Colorado River Station Jail and is being held on a felony charge with $50,000.00 bail.

Evelyn Davis was arrested for H&S 11378 Possession of Narcotics for Sale, PC29800(a)(1) Felon in Possession of a Firearm, and PC 135 and booked into the Colorado River Station Jail and is being held on felony charges with $75,000.00 bail.
