LOCATION: 1900 block of Erin Drive, Needles
SUSPECT: William Garhartt, 47 years old, resident of Needles
SUMMARY:
On Wednesday, December 2, 2020, deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police served a narcotics search warrant at the 1900 Block of Erin Drive. Deputies found several illegal items consistent with an operational drug house and illegal sales of drugs. Deputies also found a quad at the location with the VIN numbers altered. William Garhartt, a 47-year-old resident of Needles, was arrested for H&S11366; Maintaining place for sales or furnishing of a controlled substance, H&S11378; Possession for sale of restricted dangerous drug, and CVC10751(A); Possess vehicle with altered VIN numbers. In addition, Garhartt had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for possession of dangerous drugs. Garhartt was booked at the Needles Jail and is being held on $50,000 bail.
