Pomona Detectives investigate Homicide 
DATE / TIME: Sunday, July 18 2021 at 1640 hrs.
LOCATION: 2200 blk. Of Las Vegas Ave. Pomona CA.
CRIME: 187 PC – Murder (DR#21-074604)
VICTIM: Male adult, Pomona Resident
SUSPECTS: Unknown
UNIT: Investigative Services Division
NARRATIVE:
On July 18, 2021 at approx. 1640 hours, Pomona Police Officers responded to 2200 blk. of Las Vegas Ave in reference to gunshots being fired. Upon arrival, the officers located a male adult down in a yard suffering from what appeared to be gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Detectives from the Pomona Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit responded to assume the investigation. There is no suspect information at this time and the motive is unknown. The investigation is still on-going.
