Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating Missing Person Ravy Vann, Torrance.
He is a 35 year-old male who was last seen on Thursday, September 30, 2021, around 4:30 PM on the 21000 block of Berendo Avenue in the city of Torrance.
Ravy is 5’02” tall, 125lbs with black hair, black eyes, and moustache. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and brown pants. Ravy has a speech impediment.
Mr. Vann’s family is very concerned for his well-being and is asking for the public’s help in locating him.
