The Guilderland Police is conducting a suspicious death investigation as a result of a domestic incident. On Thursday, December 23, 2021 at about 1:45 PM, the Guilderland Police Department was called to a residence on Western Turnpike for a domestic incident. A 41 year old male victim was transported to Albany Medical Center with serious injuries. The victim later succumbed from these injuries. The name of the victim is not being released pending notification of next of kin. Jason Seminary, age 43, has been developed as a person of interest in this case.
