Sheriff’s Homicide investigators are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a Hispanic man in his 30’s in Bellflower.
Deputies from Lakewood Sheriff’s Station responded to a mobile home park in the 9200 block of Artesia Boulevard regarding a gunshot victim call at 11:48 last night. Upon arriving they discovered the victim unresponsive on the ground within the park. The victim sustained gunshot wounds and was transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
There is no suspect or suspect vehicle description at this time.
This shooting is being investigated as gang related.

The male adult victim was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.
