Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide investigators are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a male adult.
Deputies from Norwalk Station responded to the 13900 block of Maidstone Avenue in the city of Norwalk regarding a shots fired call.
The incident occurred on Monday June 27, 2022 at approximately 2223 hrs.
When deputies arrived, they found the victim, a Hispanic male, 35 to 40 years of age, unresponsive lying on the ground suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
There is no suspect or suspect vehicle description at this time and the murder weapons remains outstanding.
It is unknown if the shooting is gang related.
