APD Homicide unit is working a homicide in the 7200 block of Athens.
On Thursday August 18, 2022, at 5:11am, Officers were sent to 7200 Athens on a female with apparent gunshot wounds. When officers arrived they found the woman was deceased. This is still an active scene and APD Homicide is investigating the case.
