Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Luis Fernando Ramirez-Tapia. He is a 22 year-old male Hispanic who was last seen on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at 9 p.m. on the 14300 block of Flallon Ave. in the city of Norwalk.
Luis is 5’03” tall, 235lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. Mr. Ramirez-Tapia was last seen wearing a dark blue shirt, black shorts, gray sandals, and has a scar on his head.
Mr. Ramirez-Tapia has Prader-Willi syndrome, suffers from schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and has mental capacity of a 7-year old. His family is concerned with his well-being and is asking for the public’s help.
