Investigators Arrest Two In Woman's Abduction

Violent crime investigators have arrested and charged a 17-year-old male and a 16-year-old juvenile male with aggravated robbery, aggravated sexual assault, and aggravated kidnapping of a 25-year-old female in northwest Harris County.

On Saturday, September 2, 2022, deputies with Harris County Precinct 4 Constables responded to a call for service at 9100 Loren Lane; when they arrived, they found the female nude and hiding in the bushes.

She told deputies she was abducted by the two men in the driveway of her residence. Violent Crime investigators were dispatched and took over the investigation.

She told investigators she was returning to her home after attending a concert with friends. As she pulled into her driveway, the two men approached her on foot, pulled a gun, and forced her back into her car.

They then drove to a location where both suspects sexually assaulted her.

The men then forced her out at the location on Loren Lane and fled  in the vitims car after taking her personal belongings and cell phone.

The vehicle was found abandoned near by deputy constables.

Precinct 4 deputy constables secured valuable evidence at the scene for Crime Scene investigators.

Investigators obtained an address to a residence where the victim’s phone was being used off and on during periods.

The 17-year-old suspect, Olvin Rodriguez, was arrested at that residence in the 9300 block of Dogwood View Lane.

Investigators recovered the victim’s property and the gun used in the incident. The 16-year-old juvenile was arrested without incident at his residence.

Rodriguez is currently being held on a $300,000 bond and has a court date set for September 19, 2022, in the 263rd felony court.
