A couple of reports have been made about citizens receiving phone calls from a male posing as a police officer from another jurisdiction. They are attempting to gather personal information in reference to a "case" that they are working.
You should never give out personal information over the phone. Should a police officer need your information, they will come to you, or they may call you to set up a meeting for you to come to their office.
The call back number on caller ID contains an area code that has been traced back to a location overseas.
