* WHERE...Carlton and South St. Louis, Southern Cook and Southern Lake Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac Band and the Grand Portage Reservation.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely be slick and hazardous. Conditions will be worst on untreated surfaces. Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges are possible. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning commute.
* AFFECTED AREAS: SOUTHERN LAKE/NORTH SHORE ... SOUTHERN COOK/NORTH SHORE ... CARLTON/SOUTH ST. LOUIS
