The victims who succumbed to their injuries have been identified as 19-year-old Ryan Evans and 21-year-old Wahkee Tabron, both of Newark.
The other victims who were transported to the hospital in critical condition have been identified as a 36-year-old male and a 37-year-old female.
This incident remains under investigation and further details will be released when possible.

Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at approximately 2:23 p.m., in the area of West 7th and North Adams Streets.
Police located a 19-year-old male gunshot victim and a 21-year-old male gunshot victim, who were transported to the hospital in critical condition, and later succumbed to their injuries.
Police also located an adult female gunshot victim and another adult male gunshot victim, who were transported to the hospital in critical condition.
