Missing Juvenile at Risk

The Petaluma Police Department is currently searching for a 16-year-old missing juvenile at risk, Chace Finn. He left his residence on the morning of April 28th without notifying his parents and has not returned. He was reportedly in the downtown Petaluma area that afternoon but has not been seen or heard from since. Chace does not have a phone or any other form of electronic communication. He is known to frequent The Phoenix Theatre, Leghorn Park, and Target in Petaluma. It’s possible that he traveled to an unknown friend’s house in Windsor or is still in the Petaluma area. He is described as a white male juvenile, 5’09’’ tall, 150lbs, medium length brown hair, brown eyes, a scar from a cleft lip, wearing a grey hoodie and black sweats. He is considered at risk due to his age.

If you have seen Chace or know his whereabouts, please immediately contact the Petaluma Police Dispatch at 707-762-2727. Please reference PPD Case 26-1526.
