Shelter in place on 5th between A Street and C Street. And also on B Street between 4th Street and Mission Ave. Persons inside buildings are asked to shelter in place. Turn off outside ventilation, close and secure all windows and doors until shelter in place is lifted due to an accidental gas line rupture. Police Department, Fire Department, and PG&E are on the scene and are working to turn off the gas where the rupture occurred. Updates to follow.
