Giles County Sheriff's Investigators were contacted by the Minor Hill Police to investigate a report of shots being fired into a residence with occupants inside on Davis Hollow Road in Minor Hill on 12/21/2014 and again on 12/28/2014.
Investigators Timmy Scott and Mike Sands are working the case and have made one arrest and other arrest and or charges may be forthcoming. Arrested is 44 year old Brent Christopher Roberson of Rogersville, Alabama. He is charged with attempted first degree murder and is currently in the Giles County Jail with bond set at $750,000. Several items of evidence have been collected to include firearms. The investigation is ongoing. Minor Hill Police are assisting in the investigation.
