The Suffolk County Police Department has an important message for the community!  Are you interested in becoming a Police Officer?  On             June 13, 2015, the Suffolk County Department of Civil Service is offering an entrance examination for the position of Police Officer.  This exam is offered once every four (4) years.****Last day to file your application is April 1st, 2015****

To assist efforts with attracting qualified candidates, the Police Department is offering informational seminars to explain the process of becoming a    Suffolk County Police Officer.  Representatives from the Suffolk County Police recruitment unit, applicant investigations unit, and Civil Service will be in attendance.
