Caller advised a male taking a female.

OPD responded to the area, set up a perimeter and conducted a preliminary investigation, speaking to numerous witnesses.
Information obtained led us to a residence in the area of Herzog Street and 65th Street.

The victim, a female teen, was located safely.
A male suspect in his 20s was safely arrested.
The residence was searched for any additional victims, suspects, and witnesses with negative results.
