Drug arrest and raid.

On October 21, 2016 Investigators with the Giles County Sheriff's Department and Pulaski Police Department executed a narcotics related search warrant at the residence of Thomas William Fralix. During the search of the residence investigators recovered 3.9 grams of methamphetamine "ice", 1.2 grams of Cocaine, marijuana and assorted schedule II and IV pills, packaging materials, and digital scales.

Mr. Fralix was arrested and being held in the Giles County Jail on charges of Sale of a Schedule II (Meth), Possession Schedule II (Meth) for resale, Possession Schedule II (cocaine) for resale, Possession of Schedule IV for resale, Simple Possession of Marijuana, Simple Possession of Schedule II, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Violation of Probation. Mr. Fralix is being held without bond and was in General Sessions Court on October 27, 2016 where his charges were bound over to the next term of the Giles County Grand Jury. Inv. Jesse Mills of the Giles County Sheriffs Department led the investigation. Additional charges are pending.

Mr. Fralix has been previously convicted of the same type charges that were filed by the Giles County Sheriff’s Department and was released from Tennessee Department of Corrections on September 21, 2016 on State Felony Probation for a period of at least ten years.
