Two suspects have been arrested and charged in connection with the November 3, 2016 homicide
On November 2, 2016, the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office filed a missing persons report regarding a 21-year-old San Leandro resident Karla Ramirez-Segoviano.
BACKGROUND: On November 3, 2016, at 11:59 a.m., Oakland police officers responded to the 7700 block of Krause Avenue on a report of an unresponsive female. It was determined the female was deceased and a victim of a homicide. Homicide investigators, patrol officers and crime reduction teams followed up leads which ultimately led to the arrest of two individuals in connection with this homicide. The Alameda County Coroner’s Bureau has positively identified the homicide and missing person as Karla Ramirez-Segoviano.
