Temporary traffic disruption. Please use alternate routes in downtown Oakland area. 
Currently, a group of individuals are blocking the roadway at 14th and Broadway. We are encouraging motorists to use alternate routes. We will continue to keep our community updated as groups gather and possibly march in our downtown area.
