Methamphetamine lab bust, foot pursuit, warrants served, burglary solved.

On November 2, 2017, A Giles County Sheriff’s Department deputy responded to 2550 Hurricane Creek Road to take a report of burglary and theft. Various tools, a motorcycle, and miscellaneous vehicle parts were reported stolen from the premises.
Further investigation leads Giles County Sheriff’s Department Criminal Investigators to 808 Frye Branch Road in Lynnville. As investigators arrived at the residence a male subject fled on foot. Investigators along with Chief Deputy Tommy Chapman gave foot pursuit and was able to apprehend the male. The male was identified as forty-four-year-old David Anthony Jackson. Mr. Jackson had outstanding warrants for violation of community corrections and violation of probation.
Investigators located the truck and used in the earlier burglary and theft along with the stolen property.
Investigators located a juvenile female that was wanted by Pulaski Police, Lincoln, and Franklin counties for various charges. Another female on the property identified as Christina Lynne Ashton was wanted for violation of probation.
During the search of the property, investigators located a methamphetamine lab on the premises. Giles County Sheriff’s Department Narcotics Officers and Office of Emergency Management was contacted and responded to the scene. The two entities together processed the methamphetamine lab.
Charges against David Anthony consist of a violation of probation, burglary, theft over $1,000, and resisting stop, halt, frisk. Jackson is being held at the Giles County Jail without bond due to the violation of probation and violation of community corrections.
Charges against Christina Lynne Ashton consist of a violation of probation and theft over $1,000. Ashton is being held at the Giles County Jail without bond due to the violation of probation
The case remains under investigation with additional charges presented at next session of Grand Jury involving the methamphetamine lab and other paraphernalia located at the scene.
