The Pull Over Protocol AKA POP is the strategic collaboration between pro-active civilians and local, regional & national law enforcement agencies in order to educate the general public through a dramatic crash-course of practical police pull-over procedures.
The POP protocol promotes S.A.F.E. during traffic stops:
S- Show your hands
A – Ask for permission
F- Follow Instructions
E – Exchange Respect
