A 70 year old man with health issues went missing from Windsor today. Ruben Flores Flores is a Latino man, 5'5" and approximately 115 pounds. He has brown eyes, a shaved head, and a moustache. He was last seen around Hembree Lane wearing a white and black checkered shirt and blue jeans. See the attached photo.
