On July 28th and July 29th, the Berkeley Kite Festival will happen at Cesar Chavez Park between 10 am and 6 pm. As part of the event, the southbound direction of West Frontage Road will be closed to vehicle traffic between Gilman Street and University Avenue.
Just a reminder, this year the payment for parking will be on University Avenue—just west of West Frontage Road. The parking attendants will charge $20 for vehicles and $50 for recreational vehicles (cash only).
