LOCATION: Old Pond Road @ Smith Road, Needles
SUSPECT(S): Andrew Weekly, 27-years-old, Resident of Needles

SUMMARY: On Saturday, September 1, 2018, at 8:04 p.m., deputies were dispatched to a single vehicle traffic collision in the area of East Broadway and Smith Road. Deputies located the collision on Old Pond Road and Smith Road. Both the driver, Weekly, and the passenger had been ejected from the vehicle. The San Bernardino County Fire Department and Baker Ambulance arrived and tended to the injured. Both subjects were transported to a local hospital and were airlifted to Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. Alcohol appears to be a factor in the collision.
