Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Sixth Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who completed a fraudulent return at a Farmingville store.
 
A man took motor oil off the shelf at K-Mart, located at 2280 North Ocean Ave., on August 28 at approximately 12:45 p.m. and returned the merchandise for cash using a recent from a prior purchase. 

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about these incidents can contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers to submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, texting “SCPD” and your message to “CRIMES” (274637) or by email at www.tipsubmit.com.
