Cancel:  The listed suspect has been located and arrested.  Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office received numerous calls of sightings of Williams and was able to take him into custody as a result of one of those calls.  Thank you to the citizens of the Sonoma Valley for their help in this matter. 

On Thursday, September 20, 2018, at around 2:30 P.M. a Deputy from the Sonoma Valley Sub Station was near Maxwell Park when he saw a male who he identfied as, Daniel Edward Williams, from previous law enforcement contacts. The Deputy knew Williams to have outstanding warrants for his arrest. A records check of Williams confirmed he had two outstanding warrants for his arrest. One of the two warrants being a felony.

As the Deputy began to drive towards Willaims he fled on his bike toward the El Verano Creek. Deputies responded to the area and began to look for Williams. Henry-1 responded the scene to assist the deputies on the ground. Williams was not located and the search was called off shortly there after.
