Bike Event in Windsor. Short Traffic delay from 8:00 AM to about 8:10AM on S/B Old Redwood Hwy from Conde to Pleasant. 
Traffic Advisory for Saturday 11/3/2018 in Windsor. At 8:00AM, there will be a bike event leaving the Town Green. Approx. 500 riders will ride down Market St and make a left turn onto S/B Old Redwood Hwy and then make a left turn onto Pleasant Ave. Windsor PD will stop Traffic at intersections to get the bicyclist out of town as quickly and safely as possible. This will cause a very short traffic delay. Avoid this area if possible between 8:00AM and 8:10AM.
