Suspicious Person at Kromrey Middle School 
On Thursday 12/20/18, at 1:06pm, Middleton Officers responded to Kromrey Middle School, located at 7009 Donna Drive in the City of Middleton, for a report of a suspicious male behind the school. The subject is described as a white male wearing all black clothes with a purple backpack.
The school resource officer was on scene immediately and was joined by several patrol officers within minutes. Officers checked the area thoroughly and notified the area schools, which were placed on a brief hold while officers checked the area.
Officers were unable to locate the male but spoke with witnesses who saw him and, after reviewing surveillance video, feel there is no reason to believe there is any threat to the schools or the general public. Officers will be providing extra patrol around the schools as they dismiss today.
