The National Weather Service in The San Francisco Bay Area has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for... Central Sonoma County in northern California...

* Until 545 PM PST.

* At 343 PM PST, Green Valley Creek at Martinelli and Santa Rosa Creek and Willowside Road gauges indicated heavy rain falling across the warned area. Flash flooding is occurring.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Portions of Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, Forestville and Graton.

* AFFECTED AREAS: SONOMA, CA

Instructions:

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
