Five People Arrested in SLA Inspection
Suffolk County Police First Precinct Crime Section, with the assistance of Lindenhurst Village Fire Marshal and First Precinct Community Support Unit officers and Patrol officers, conducted a State Liquor Authority (SLA) Inspection at The Loyal Dog Ale House, located at 288 East Montauk Highway in Lindenhurst last night at 11:30 p.m.
Five people were arrested during the SLA Inspection:
- Gregory Lyons, 32, a patron from Islip, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree (gravity knife.)
- William Moreno, 31, a patron from Lindenhurst, was arrested for Criminal Possession of Marijuana 5th Degree.
- Nicholas Roy, 31, a patron from Lindenhurst, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
- Rolando Guzman II, 38, a patron from Copiague, was arrested for two counts Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree (cocaine.) Guzman II was previously arrested on November 17, 2018 for possession of a loaded handgun and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree (cocaine) during an SLA inspection at the Signal 8 Saloon in Copiague.
- Caitlin Jackson, 30, the bartender, of Lindenhurst, was arrested for two counts of Disorderly Premise.
